This handbook explains how we work.

It’s inspired by handbooks from other technology startups that we admire. Like them, we are trying to build a company that our users love.

Specifically, our handbook is modeled after PostHog’s Handbook.

Many of PostHog’s company values overlap with ours, so we borrow from their open-source handbook where applicable.
